Delivery Charges / ডেলিভারি চার্জ

ডেলিভারি চার্জ :

ঢাকার ভিতরে: ৭০ টাকা

ঢাকার পার্শ্ববর্তী এলাকা (গাজীপুর, নারায়ণগঞ্জ, সাভার, আশুলিয়া) : ১০০ টাকা

ঢাকার বাইরে: ১৫০ টাকা

শর্তাবলী:
অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর যদি আপনি অর্ডার ক্যানসেল করতে চান, তাহলে অবশ্যই আমাদের Facebook Page (Kiddy Choice) অথবা WhatsApp (+8801619734281)-এ ইনবক্স করে তা প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ারে পাঠানোর আগেই জানাতে হবে।

 কুরিয়ারে প্রোডাক্ট পাঠানো হয়ে গেলে সেটি ক্যানসেল বলে গণ্য হবে না। এই অবস্থায় অর্ডার ক্যানসেল করতে চাইলে আপনাকে ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

এছাড়াও, প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পর যদি কোনো সম্মানিত গ্রাহক নিজ উদ্যোগে রিটার্ন করতে চান, তাহলে সেই রিটার্নের ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককেই বহন করতে হবে।

Nearby areas of Dhaka= 100 BDT 

(Gazipur, Narayanganj, Savar, Ashulia): 

Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT

Terms & Conditions:
If you wish to cancel your order after confirmation, please notify us immediately via our Facebook Page (Kiddy Choice) or WhatsApp (+8801619734281) before the product is dispatched through courier.

Once the product is handed over to the courier, cancellation will not be accepted as a regular one. If you still want to cancel after dispatch, you must pay the delivery charge.

Also, if any respected customer wants to return the product after receiving it, the return delivery charge must be paid by the customer.

If you wish to return the product, the return shipping charge will be your responsibility. The item must be returned in its original condition. You are required to pay the delivery charge for the return process.
